Chris Brown Back in Court

 Is Chris Brown in Trouble Again? 

Chris Brown appeared in court before Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg today. The singer was summoned to determine whether or not he had violated his probation by traveling to Paris and an alleged positive drug test for marijuana.   

According to Schnegg, she has approved all of the singers travels, but will look further into this trip. Records showed that Brown holds a medical marijuana license. Apparetnly the judge did not prohibit him from using drugs in his probation. Therefore, under legal grounds Brown did not violate his probation on those terms. However, Judge Schnegg did suggest to the media-spotlight star that he is not an average person and he has a lot of children looking up to him; meaning he needs to set a better example.
