Date of Contest:

 

Monday November 5, 2012 to Friday November 22, 2012

 

  

How to Enter:

Power 96.5 will announce the Power 96.5 $500 Shopping Spree Code Word and the times you should call in to win a $25 Meijer Gift Card at approximately 8:15 weekday mornings.

 

If caller 9 has the correct Power 96.5 $500 Shopping Spree Code Word, they will win a $25 Meijer Gift Card and be placed in the running to win a $500 Visa Gift Card.

 

On Friday November 9th, 16th and 23rd; Power 96.5 will say one of the qualifiers names at 5PM. That qualifier will have 10 minutes to call 882-0965 to claim their $500 Visa Gift Card. If they do not call back in 10 minutes, another name will be called.

 

At least 3 (three) $500 Visa Gift Card will be given away.

 

 

Rules:

 

 

1. Only participants in the Power 96.5 listening area are eligible for the contest.

 

2. All qualifiers will be eligible to win $500 Visa Gift Card each week of the contest. 

 

3. One (1)  person.per household  can win a $25 Meijer Gift Card.

 

4. One (1)  person.per household  can win a $500 Visa Gift Card

 

5. Winners must present their full legal name and address and must present a valid form of identification, a Social Security card and sign a waiver to claim all prizes. By signing the waiver winners grant MacDonald Broadcasting the right to use their name, voice, and or likeness without further compensation. 

 

6. Winners must be at least 18 years of age. No purchase is required; prizes are non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value. Winner is subject to any and all taxes as per the Internal Revenue Service.  

 

 

7. Unless otherwise specified, winners have thirty days from the date of winning to pick up their prizes at MacDonald Broadcasting offices located at 600 West Cavanaugh, Lansing, MI 48910, during regular business hours (8AM-5PM), Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Prizes are forfeited if not picked up in the allotted time. Any prize unclaimed after the date of an event is forfeited.  Winners must present a picture ID and Social Security card for verification.

 

8. All contest winners will have a 30-day waiting period before they are eligible to win another prize on Power 96.5. 

 

9.  No employees of MacDonald Broadcasting Company. Columbia Records, Meijer & participating sponsor(s) may win prizes.  No family members or household(s) related to any employee of MacDonald Broadcasting Company or participating sponsor(s) may win prizes. No competing media station(s) employee nor related family member or household may win prizes.    

 

 

10. MacDonald Broadcasting reserves the right to make changes to all contest rules. Failure to comply with all contest rules may result in disqualification.
